Wednesday 22nd January

This is just a quick note to remind you about Wednesday’s show for What’s Cookin’? at the Leytonstone Ex-Servicemens Club. The Blind Hearts seem to have pulled out but have been replaced by the rather lovely and twangsome The Devout Sceptics. So, come on down for Cardinal Wino’s first show of 2014. We’ve got a new tune to test out on you too.

And here’s that lovely flyer again cardinal wino at what's cookin

Here’s hoping we see you there,

What’s Cookin’?

Happy New Year to y’all and here’s news of our first gig of 2014. We’ll be appearing at  What’s Cookin’? at the Leytonstone Ex-Servicemen’s Club on 22nd January. We’ll be appearing with The Blind Hearts.

What’s Cookin’? is a bit of a Leytonstone institution and here’s what they say about it:

“The music it’s dedicated to – country, blues, bluegrass and old-time rock’n’roll – isn’t going to grace NME, but it will win the hearts of any doubter who drops in. The “come in for free, pay what you like” ethos hasn’t stopped acts like Billy Childish, Damien Jurado, Emily Barker, Pete Molinari, Singing Adams or the Southern Tenant Folk Union from turning up to deliver shows that are still talked about”

So..here’s a wee flyer and we’d love to see you there,
